The Country House San Potente is less than a kilometer from the historic center of Assisi (New Gate), a short walk from all the major monuments of the city. The structure was established by a careful restoration of an ancient Umbrian farmhouse on the slopes of Mount Subasio. The Country House set in a large park of oak trees, olive trees and flowers, can boast a breathtaking view that encompasses much of the Valle Umbra.

The structure consists of the Villa where we are: the six rooms on two floors, two of the six apartments at the first floor and a small but cozy common room. The ground floor is the reception, while in the park is the Town House, recently built, with two of the four apartments that comprise suitable for persons with disabilities.

The swimming pool (open during summer) pool is used by both adults and children. Two outdoor relaxation areas overlooking the pool area are equipped with tables and chairs to enjoy the views in complete tranquility or enjoy a cocktail at sunset.
